Meet Dr. Marc Langland – a hometown dentist with an artist’s touch

Dr. Marc Langland grew up just down the street from his current practice in Vashon, Washington, where his dad owned the local drugstore. From an early age, he was drawn to artistic, intricate work—spending countless hours building model airplanes and practicing woodworking and sculpture. This passion eventually led him to dentistry, a field that beautifully merges art and science.

Dr. Langland earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Gonzaga University and went on to earn his DDS from Creighton School of Dentistry, where he gained extensive experience in general dentistry and even served on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic, performing hundreds of oral surgeries. After school, he returned to Vashon to begin his career with mentors who inspired him in high school. Today, with over 15 years of experience, Dr. Langland is the longest-serving dentist currently practicing on Vashon and remains committed to providing beautiful, lasting dentistry that truly improves lives.
